Registration & Fees
Each season players must register.
There is a Summer Season and a Winter Season, it doesn’t go from the start of the year to the finish. Your registration doesn’t carry over into the next season automatically. You MUST re register every season.
A Registration Fee of $60.00 per player per season will be charged by Wildcats.
What if I miss registration?
We give ample time for you to register. Reminders are put out on Facebook and the website.
If you are late or miss registration, you will be put on a waitlist. Once the grading period is over, the match committee will revisit teams and players and hopefully, we can offer you a spot on a team. If not we will always offer the option to train.

What does my season game fee payment include?
Season payments are a combination of:
- Expected games played
- Contribution to Wildcats running costs i.e. training fees and equipment
- Transaction fees
What if my child is sick or misses a game?
- Refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances, for example a player who gets injured and cannot play greater than 50% of the season.
- Refunds will not be provided if single games are missed.
What if my team has a bye?
All of this is taken into consideration when game fees are calculated. We have decided as a club to split the seasons game fees into two payments. This is so families aren’t hit with two big payments being 1. Registration and 2. Game Fees all at once. It also gives us the opportunity to recalculate if there have been byes or walk overs.
